Trevor acquired a wealth of television production experience during a distinguished career at ITV from 1973 to 1995, rising to executive producer for all their major sports coverage. Ultimately he was appointed Head of Sport for ITV and oversaw the production of a variety of global events including: four Football World Cups, two Rugby World Cups and two Olympic Games.

In 1995 Trevor became Deputy Managing Director at BSkyB where he was responsible for rights acquisitions involving daily liaison with his close contacts within the world’s leading sports bodies.

In August 2005 Trevor was elected as Chairman at Pitch International.
