Hans learnt his trade during a five year stint at Inter Football where he managed all of the commercial rights for the National Football Teams of Netherlands, Russia, Iceland and Albania.

In 1992 Hans joined Octagon CSI as a Senior Sales Executive and over the next twelve years established himself as a leading figure in the international sports business.

In August 2004 Hans launched Pitch International along with partners Paul McGrath and Jon Owen.
